'Bubble Love' by Da-iCE

Da-iCE is a Japanese dance-vocal group consisting of members Taiki Kudo (工藤大輝), Toru Iwaoka (岩岡徹), Yudai Ohno(大野雄大), Sota Hanamura (花村想太) and Hayate Wada (和田颯). The five-piece are known for their unique dynamic, with Hanamura and Ohno providing the main vocals that range across four-octaves supported by performers Kudo, Iwaoka and Wada.

'Bubble Love' is the brand new single from Japanese dance-vocal group, Da-iCE, that will feature as the theme for the new BL drama '絶対BLになる世界VS絶対BLになりたくない男' (Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai VS Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko) starring Hayate Wada (member of Da-iCE, performer).

Written by lead vocal Sota Hanamura, the song captures the themes explored in the drama's storyline whilst expanding upon the pop soundscape featured in the group's latest album 'SiX'. Sonically, 'Bubble Love' follows a similar instrumentation style reminiscent of tracks like 'Easy Tasty', but with a heavier quirky bass line and brass section that builds momentum throughout the song. One thing that Da-iCE never fails to deliver is catchy, feel-good music and this is why 'Bubble Love' is the perfect song for the drama. It captures the exhilarating emotions of falling in love with the twin vocal line at the forefront of the production. Da-iCE's music has gained a strong fanbase in Japan and I look forward to seeing the group gain international success (I hope that someday they'll come and tour the UK).
