"オパッキャマラド" is the debut single from Hokuto Yoshino, the lead singer of THE RAMPAGE. Following his fellow RAMPAGE vocalists, RIKU and Kazuma Kawamura, Hokuto showcases his distinct style and visuals setting him apart from his group members. The song is fun and catchy and is accompanied by a brand-new music video.

The lyrics explore moving forward with perseverance reflecting the title 'Au pas, camarades!' which carries a message of acceptance and resilience despite the challenges you may face. The music video has French cinematic visuals, with striking yellows and pastels that accentuate the warm and lighthearted tone of the lyrics. HOKUTO's solo music has a distinct style that reminds me of Gen Hoshino's work, marking a shift from the electronic-pop production present in THE RAMPAGE's discography.
