Hi everyone, I’m back from my short break and have finally finished moving house alongside starting my new job. It’s been a busy couple of weeks, but I am starting to settle into my new routine whilst getting used to living in a new city! Thank you for all your kind messages and to everyone who has continued to submit their music over the last few weeks. I am slowly replying to your emails and will get back to everyone as soon as possible.
The moving process was physically and mentally draining, I underestimated how long it would take to settle in…. luckily my family helped me move my furniture and reassemble everything that had to be dismantled.
May was a stressful month full of uncertainty, but the next few months are going to be incredibly busy, and I will be working out how to balance writing for the blog and work. Since setting up ‘Conversations with Keiko’, I have enjoyed reviewing new music and interviewing exciting artists who have connected with me and featured on my interview and review series. I will be celebrating my 4-year anniversary towards the end of June, and I thought it would be nice to do a short Q&A and a special playlist to highlight some of my favourite artists. You can send in your questions for the Q&A using the google form link below or through my Instagram stories and make sure to follow my twitter @convowithkeiko, TikTok @conversationswithkeiko and subscribe to my exclusive mailing list for more updates!
(I am also planning to do more book/manga reviews over the next few months, so please comment your recommendations below and I will add them to my reading list!)

Currently Listening to:
Recently I have been listening to the BBC Podcast ‘Uncanny’ by Danny Robins who is known for his successful supernatural West End play 2:22. In this podcast, Robins interviews individuals who have encountered supernatural or unexplained phenomena and attempts to find the answer to their experiences. Divided into team sceptic and believer, the podcast invites listeners into an open and safe space to discuss the scientific reasons that could lead to supernatural encounters alongside the spiritual connections to the land/area of discussion. This is a podcast that will leave you with goosebumps and is great for those who love ghost stories and interesting discussions about the unknown.
My current favourite albums are….’Songs from The Last Century’ by George Michael, ‘Rachel@Fairyland’ by Rae Morris and ‘Departure’ by DEEP SQUAD.
Currently Watching: Black Clover Season Three
I am still making my way through Black Clover, I’ve really enjoyed watching season one and two! Would highly recommend checking it out if you’re a fan of fantasy/adventure.
