I hope you're doing well and had a great weekend! Can you believe that summer is almost over? June, July, and August went by so fast; it's hard to keep track!
I've spent the summer getting used to my first corporate job and settling into my new home. These past few months have been quite busy, but I've loved having my own space and using my evenings to relax and write reviews or plan posts. I will be posting some album reviews soon along with an updated lockdown playlist featuring exciting new indie releases. (I am slowly replying to emails and submissions-do send me a message if I've missed your email and I'll get back to you asap).
Most recently, I have been rereading 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' by Oscar Wilde (it's one of my favourite novels about a young man who strikes a Faustian bargain to retain his beauty and youthful looks- I bought a new copy this weekend because my previous one had too many annotations, making it difficult to read!).
I've also been enjoying Kimbra's recent collaborative album, which features a track with BANKS (I would highly recommend checking it out!).
