'Another Minute' is the latest single from London-based indie-pop four-piece Out At Sea. This is the band's first single of 2022 and was recorded and produced with Matchbox Productions.
The band explain that the song is based on "someone else’s experiences" of liking someone and the potential risk of ruining friendship by confessing your feelings. Wrapped in classic indie-pop guitar riffs and thumping percussion, 'Another Minute' paints a colourful backdrop taking inspiration from influential artists like The 1975. When you listen to this song it is really easy to visualise the lyrics, with the tone of the guitar accentuating the coming-of-age theme that saturates the vocals. 'Another Minute' showcases sophisticated indie-pop structure, with the narrative providing relatable themes that will resonate with many of the band's listeners. This is a great summery track and a promising indication of what the band will release next! Out At Sea will be playing at The Stag’s Head’ in Hoxton on Tuesday 24th May (tomorrow)
