'The Symphony' by Static Satellites

Static Satellites are a four-piece indie band from Glasgow/West Lothian featuring members Ross Whelan (Vocals/guitar), Ally Taylor (Lead Guitar), Sam Carlyle (bass) and Ciaran Boyle (Drums).

Their latest single 'The Symphony' is the band's fourth single set to feature on their upcoming debut EP titled 'As The Dark Unfolds'.

The band describe the track as examining the tainted sides of believing someone is perfect or the ideal person for one's self, when in reality that isn't the case.

'The Symphony' builds upon the dreamy soundscape found in their previous single 'Fortify' but with a new mellow tone carried through Whelan's rich vocals. The track sees the band refining their established sound and balance in melodic structure with a guitar solo creating an epic, climactic ending that nicely ties the song together. Static Satellites are a band that knows their sound, with their latest singles proving their talent to develop and challenge their listeners, something that is extremely difficult to achieve.

Make sure you check out their latest single set to feature on their debut EP 'As The Dark Unfolds'.
